Family Schieder welcomes you to Apartments Kastelruth. Here you will find the ideal accommodations in Kastelruth, if you want to spend a pleasant holiday in South Tyrol. Our apartment house is divided into three apartments, which are available during your stay.
Our first apartment is on the ground floor. It is about 40 m2 large and offers enough space for two to three people. The barrier-free accommodation is also suitable for families with babies or toddlers as well as for seniors. In our other two apartments, four to five people are comfortably accommodated on 60 and 65 m2 respectively. These two apartments are located on the first floor.
All accommodations in Kastelruth are equipped to make you feel right at home during your stay. The apartments are divided into a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

In the kitchen you will find electric hot plates and a ceramic hob, a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water cooker and a blender. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery are ready for you as well as fresh dishtowels.
The living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, a sitting corner and a TV, so you can make yourself comfortable. After an exciting day in Kastelruth, retreat to your accommodation and sleep gently in your bedroom. The apartment on the ground floor has a sleeping area with two sleeping places, while the two apartments on the first floor have two bedrooms and offer sleeping places for four people. Fresh linen are provided for you.
In the clean and well-kept bathrooms you will find shower and WC, washbasin and bidet as well as a washing machine. Fluffy towels are provided before your arrival. The bathrooms in the ground floor apartment and in one of the apartments on the first floor have also a window.
The highlight of each apartment is undoubtedly the balcony, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surroundings and the majestically towering Santner peak of the Schlern. Here you can start the day in a quiet atmosphere or relax in between.

Prices and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2-4 persons.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning.
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (1,75 € per day and person above 14 years of age)
The fee for final cleaning is not included in the price.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Payment: Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival & departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 1:00 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at xxx. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00 am. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
In order to avoid the debit of cancellation fees due to healthy or other justified reasons, we suggest you to apply for our cancellation insurance:
